Layli M. Caborn, Attorney-at-Law
Ms. Caborn has over 15 years of diverse and in-depth experience in the legal profession. She specializes in Victim Advocacy and has served as Deputy District Attorney, a Litigation Attorney, and Deputy Public Defender. Layli has represented clients on many levels in the criminal justice system. She has extensive experience of overseeing cases through to the trial stages serving as First Chair in multiple jury trials. Cases range from misdemeanors to serious felonies, juvenile dependency and delinquency cases.
Layli graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. She then worked on her master’s degree in English Literature. She later attended Western State University, School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate.
As an experienced Litigation Attorney, Layli, has been primary lead in family law, criminal defense, landlord tenant disputes, consumer protection, and immigration law.
Layli is a highly motivated individual possessing excellent people skills working as part of a team and solo in the public arena. Layli continues to develop innovative and creative ideas that lead to practical solutions and the resolution of complex cases.
